All our items are handmade to order, the following lead times currently apply:

Under normal circumstances and circumstances within our control, we aim to dispatch your items within 5 working days from the date of full payment being made and cleared.

All our UK Mainland deliveries are made via  Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Fedex or DHL.  Please note that we are mostly able to track the orders, but can not be held responsible for their service.

Please provide a mobile contact number for our courier to contact you with regards delivery of your item

Postage Charges UK...

All mainland UK orders include free delivery.

For postal charges outside the UK delivery will be calculated at checkout depending on weight and size

Returns and Damages

If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we will be more than happy to help. 

Where possible; we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
